1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
• The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
• The product received is incorrect (not what you ordered).
• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and reported within 4 days of delivery.
Note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind or incorrect ordering
by the customer.

2. How to Request a Return

Provide your order number, clear photos of the item showing the defect/damage,
and a brief description of the issue.
Once approved, we will share return shipping details.

3. Refund Policy
• If your return is approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit as per your
preference.
• Refunds are only applicable in cases where a replacement is not possible.
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the
returned item.

4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Used or damaged products (unless damaged during transit).
• Products returned without prior approval.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns
• If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return
shipping costs.
• If the return is due to any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return
shipping charges.

• If the customer returns the item for reasons other than damage or receiving the wrong product, only 75% of the order amount will be refunded.
